On July 1st we had our last day in our Cimarron office. We left our keys on the front desk for the tenants and shut the locked doors behind us. But before we left there were a couple of last ping pong rounds had. Erik had an epic comeback with a deficit of 12-19. Epic!

Last week the world lost a light with the unexpected passing of our Operations Manager, and good friend, Sarah Baker (Lubawy). Sarah was loved dearly by our work family as well as her family and friends. She came to be PK Delp’s biggest fan with her depth of understanding and promoting our culture at PK Delp that will be missed deeply as she was integral in bringing about the intangibles of our team into a vocabulary that carried easily in conversations. Her curiosity, humor, passions, and perspective in life will be missed dearly. May Sarah rest in peace and her legacy be that of the love she shared with all who had the opportunity to know her.

Sarah’s passing has been a shocking and profoundly saddening situation for us to navigate. This has been an incredibly difficult post to develop as it is still so surreal that she is no longer with us. We all have spent a lot of time pondering how impactful her life was to ours over the years and proved to be significant with great meaning. No words we write seem to capture the loss felt or the depth of the value of her life that is gone too early.
