We are seeking a chopper gun operator for our busy and expanding shop. 2+ years Of experience preferred but we will train the right person. You will be responsible for spraying fiberglass/resin into open molds, machine upkeep, mold prep, spraying gelcoat into molds and rolling out parts at times as well. We build a vast array of fiberglass products and components.

Our team is expanding and we are looking for one or two outstanding people to join us. Call or message us today!

Pay varies by experience. We will offer top dollar for a experienced gun operator. Must be prepared for a hands on test.

We are looking for a hard working, dependable person to join our growing team!

A fiberglass laminator is tasked with all steps necessary to make a finished product.

The technician/laminator will use their hands along with tools to complete the job.

Skills/Qualifications: Must be self motivated, follow verbal and written direction, and able to lift heavy objects. Must be detail oriented, focused, and able to handle repetitive tasks on a daily basis.

We prefer an experienced person who has been in the composite industry for 2+ years but are willing to train the right person. Come be a part of a caring small local owned company and grow with us!

Starting wage depends on experience.
