The 3D printed prototype was good enough to prove it’ll work… next up, hard tool, stamp shortening (and square up the end) and maybe a punch stop. That’s 8620 normalized by the way which is about 18-20 HRc. 700 receiver bodies are 22 HRc or there abouts
