Welcome to Beauty After Bruises' Therapy Box Project. We're genuinely excited that you've accepted the invitation to join us as we work together to create no less than 50 and perhaps more than 100 Therapy Boxes for Complex Trauma survivors over the next year!

Nearly everyone is familiar with . This year it occurs on November 30th. It's our goal to have all the donations we need to bring the first 50 boxes to life! Each Tuesday from now through the end of the campaign we'll share information about the items we place into each custom made box and why those items are essential. We'll share updates and photos of the items we're receiving through the mail and gratitude to those who are helping.

Accessing therapy is a lifelong challenge for many who are under- or uninsured, have transportation or disability issues, or have no skilled therapist nearby. Now, more than ever, it is important that we BRING therapy directly into the homes and hands of survivors. We are THRILLED to have you partner this Project as you share, cheer, donate, and utilize the methods that work best for you as we collectively support CPTSD survivors.
