Big thanks to James Robins for trusting us to do the alignment in his 2012 Ford Escape. As nothing too crazy was necessary, the toe was able to be set as camber and caster are non adjustable from the factory. Vehicle was test driven and found to track straight. We appreciate the business and look forward to do so again!

Need an alignment done? We’ll get you taken care of!

Desperately trying to get caught up so some more overdue out of sequence posts are hopefully going to be completed. Big shoutout to Terry Daniels for bringing us his Mitsubishi Lancer Ralliart clone! Customer stated blinkers are intermittently inoperative. Sometimes they’d work and sometimes they wouldn’t. Had to take on a test drive to get them to act up. Once verified, tested all fuses, relays, and traced wiring and found some scotch locks and corrosion combine with a rather inadequate repair at some point. Removed the connectors and traced wiring in conjunction with a wiring diagram. Re-pinned all damaged and missing cavities in the connector and soldered wires back together. Once repaired, vehicle was taken on several test drives to verify repair and found all checks out! Blinkers are fully functional!

Have any wiring or electrical projects needing tackled? Let us know! We’re more than happy to help!

A huge thanks to Jim Bonham for having us powdercoat his light bar brackets on his F-150 Raptor! A little bit of prep work was done in order to ensure the powdercoat would be devoid of any imperfections in the finished product. Coated in a durable satin black finish, the brackets actually match the factory bumper color! We look forward to doing business again with you Jim!

Have something needing powdercoated? We may be able to help you there as well! Reach out to us and let us know!

Another out of order post, but until we’re mostly caught up, that is the nature of things. A big thanks to Shane Miller for bringing us his F-150 for a differential rebuild! Initial complaint was a sort of clicking when turning. Believe it or not there was enough slop in the rear end to cause the complaint. Removed the cover for an inspection and the gear oil was all sparkly. Removed the carrier and found the spider gears were sloppy due to worn out clutches. Disassembled the carrier and cleaned and prepped for new parts. Utilizing a master rebuild kit from Yukon Gear & Axle, the carrier was reassembled and installed. Fresh bearings, shims, and crush sleeve allowed all proper clearances to be obtained. Set the pinion preload and ring gear backlash and filled with fluid from Royal Purple to complete the job. A pleasure doing business with this customer as they were super patient. Especially during the parts vendor error. Looking forward to doing more business with you Shane!

It has been a crazy month and in the spirit of playing catch up, unfortunately updates have been neglected. Although this is a little out of order, it will all be caught up. Without further a due, we want to give Nathanial Eversman a huge shout out for bringing us his 95 F350! The diagnosis was a bad head gasket, as the cooling system consistently burbled and blew all the coolant out and overheated on the way and had to be flat towed to us. From there, the work began. Being that it blew the head gasket, head removal was necessary. At that point, we opted with the customer’s consent to add on some upgrade parts to keep her reliable and performing well. Hand ported/gasket matched heads were first up, along with head studs from ARP. A Fel-Pro gasket set was in order to keep it all sealed up nicely. Being that the truck also had a slight coolant leak in the timing cover, as well as 259k on the odometer, a Cloyes 9 way adjustable street billet timing set was installed, utilizing the 4 degrees of advanced valve timing to give it some added torquiness. All gasket surfaces were cleaned and prepped for the timing cover, which cracked during front seal install, so an aftermarket Dorman Products timing cover was installed as replacement. A ported intake manifold, and tune-up was performed. Motorcraft spark plugs, Ford Racing plug wires, and a Holley MSD cap and rotor were added to keep the spark alive. An oil change utilizing Royal Purple oil and a Motorcraft filter. Exhaust manifolds were also ported as this truck has the EFI smog engine which significantly chokes down the exhaust flow. With a smog delete, and ported manifolds, she exhales increasingly well. Cooling system flush, and test drive and she was running better than she would have off the showroom floor! Exhaust note in comments.

Big shoutout to Reed Price for bringing his Ram 3500 in for wheel bearing replacement! Reed had us do the bearings since the old ones were growling and making noise. Detroit Axle wheel bearing hub assemblies were the part of choice for the ole girl and went on without much hassle! We appreciate the business and hope to do more again soon!

Big thanks to CH Wade for bringing us his EcoDiesel! You wouldn’t think it by looking at it, but this particular model has been well lived with 212k rust free miles! She came in for a few upgrades and a PCM calibration, as well as an S&B Filters cold air intake! Not only that, but the customer also opted for an alignment as well! We can’t tell you enough how much we appreciate your business and hope to do more again soon!
