Every fall attraction looks good in the sales photo. These three questions tell you what you're actually buying.
1. What is it actually made of?
"Commercial-grade" gets printed on a lot of things. Ask for the specifics β vinyl weight, seam construction, how the anchor points are reinforced. A unit built for backyard weekends and a unit built for eight weeks of nonstop patch traffic can look identical in a photo and behave nothing alike by mid-October.
2. What happens if it fails mid-season?
Not if it's covered. What actually happens. Does the warranty cover the repair, or just the part? How long are you down? A closed attraction on the second Saturday in October is the most expensive thing on your property.
3. Who do you call when it does?
This is the one most people skip. Ask for the phone number you'd dial and who picks it up. If the answer is a form, an overseas rep, or a distributor who resells someone else's product, you already have your answer.
We build our units ourselves, so when you call, you reach the people who made the thing you're calling about. That's the whole difference.
