We can’t always be thinking “positive thoughts and outcomes” that becomes unreasonable in any aspect of our life, but we can control our thoughts and keep them neutral, and not negative

Sometimes we just need to head to the mountains! We don’t always need a gym or equipment, we just need good people, good energy, and an adventure. We are so lucky to have the Smoky Mountains in our backyard! If you haven’t tried the Mt Cammerer trail, I would recommend it! 12 miles and quite the climb! Thankful for these ladies that were on board to join me today! #

For this workout find a set of stairs (at least 25 steps) and an area where you can walk!
