A little bit of custom fabrication happening in the shop! 🔥

This 500-gallon smoker is starting to take shape. We've been busy cutting, fitting, bending, and welding up some custom pieces to bring this project together.

Every project is a little different, and that's half the fun of what we do at CM FAB.

✍️➡️🔥 FROM HAND-DRAWN ART TO CUT STEEL!

This custom pheasant sign started as hand-drawn artwork and was turned into CAD before hitting the plasma table. The result? A one-of-a-kind piece made just for the Johnson family!

A quick refab & Sandblast for a customer to bring this old Eagle wood stove back to life! They wanted the glass Taken out and plated in, But we can't just leave stuff alone so we had to do something "Custom" Shes back together to last a couple more lifetimes!

A Little R&D on this beautiful Morning! We've been pretty busy but Finally managed to put this together and try it for ourselves, Im happy with how this particular design performs and we would be happy to take custom orders and this one itself is for sale!

Forged a Few Handles for some 3 1/2" BOP Testing mandrels again for a repeat customer and Bulldog Energy Service ND Handled the MPI inspection, documentation, and banding for iron traceability & making sure these items are field ready!

We’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately… mostly because we’ve been too busy making heat, sparks, smoke, and the occasional questionable decision.

We’ve been drawing up some new sign ideas, getting started on a 500-gallon smoker, and playing with some new tools — because apparently we didn’t have enough ways to make a mess already.

Between CM FAB and our other business, we stay pretty dang busy. We’re a small-town mom & pop shop, so there’s no marketing department or social media guy… just us, some steel, a shop full of tools, and a whole lot of “let’s see if we can build that.” 😂

We finally have the capability to bend 30" sections of steel! A great start to some projects we've had in mind we didn't want to outsource on, we're already looking at a 60" design but this will get us rolling!
