Update please read especially if you have not been paid yourself.
Today I spent a total of 4 hours on the phone with various agencies gathering information.
Usually this would be classified as a civil contract that Greg and I have over not being paid. Because I proved with the documents below this is something he does to everybody they will turn this from civil to criminal which if convicted he will serve jail time. Now if you have not been paid for a service (propane guy, garage door, Indy Composites, Slade Shocks, volicita wings etc) get a hold of me. The more crimes the more time.

This isn’t something that’s going to go away anytime soon.

Greg I also take credit cards and I’ll even wave the 3% fee.

Below is Iowa online public court records. This is how it turns from civil to criminal.

Here’s the short version until I have some time to make a long post about this with all the text messages. If in September or October you paid for or received free wings from Greg Valentine of Valentine Motorsports in Terril Iowa can you please message me so we can get this figured out. I’ve yet to be paid for these 4 sprint car top wings and have been getting run around since October. Sounds like either a guy name Scott or Michael B. Henderson have the wings. 3 times supposedly a check has been mailed from Greg Valentine but for some reason the USPS lost 2 of the 3 checks the one I received was sent certified but was addressed to another individual. Here are some of the text messages showing Scott or Michael.
If you read the text messages it shows a check which seems to be a personal check was sent a few times then in the last text it changes to this Michael guy paid for them on Nov. 8th. But Greg Valentine held the check until December 22 to mail. Then supposedly mailed that check but refused to send me a picture of the entire check.
Before I take the time to long hand this with every text message that was sent I hope this gets to the person who either paid him for them or knows who received them for free so I can go after them for the money.
Original bill was $4,000 I took $600 off for shipping as a nice geature for the help repo’ing the wings for me. That’s why you see $3,400. It was $850 a wing and there was 4 wings.

This right here is why the new policy of nothing for any reason leaves the shop until paid in full. Yes it sucks but it takes one time.
