What does your Clean Breeze filter collect during an hour of mowing?

This video comes from Mowers, Lawns, & Tractor Pulling, showing how the Clean Breeze system is set up before putting it to work in dusty mowing conditions.

But the part worth waiting for comes afterward.

After about an hour of mowing, he removes the filter and holds it next to a clean one. The difference gives you a pretty good visual of just how much airborne material the system encountered while he was working.

Sometimes seeing what ends up in the filter tells the story better than we can.

From the Archives: Clean Breeze in the News

Back in 2021, a Texas news station featured Clean Breeze and its inventor, Michael Fultz, in a story about a problem many people know well: mowing a beautiful lawn while dealing with all the dust, pollen, and other airborne debris that comes with it.

A lot has changed since this story aired — but the idea behind Clean Breeze hasn’t.

Michael has continued refining the system based on years of real-world use.

Since this interview:

• The original helmet has been redesigned to be lighter and less bulky.
• The system no longer needs to be connected to your mower or another 12-volt power source. It now has its own portable rechargeable battery.
• And despite those improvements, today’s Clean Breeze system actually costs less than the approximately $300 price quoted in the original story.

What hasn’t changed is the basic idea Michael described in 2021: provide a continuous flow of HEPA-filtered air while you’re mowing and working outdoors.

It’s interesting to look back at where Clean Breeze was then — and see how far the system has come.

This is where you can really see the Clean Breeze Filtered Air System at work.

Sanding drywall can put an incredible amount of fine dust into the air — especially when you're working overhead and right in the middle of it.

While the sanding is happening, Clean Breeze provides a continuous flow of filtered air inside the face shield, helping keep that airborne dust out of the user's breathing zone. And that steady airflow across the face is an added comfort when the work gets hot.
