Gibson Engineering Services is seeking a Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil design and residential structural engineering. We’re looking for a self-motivated professional with 5–10 years of experience who is ready to bring their expertise to a dynamic and growing team.

Requirements:

5–10 years of experience in civil and residential structural design
Proven ability to manage projects independently
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in relevant design software (AutoCAD, Civil 3D, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:

PE license (or ability to obtain)
Experience with permitting processes and working with municipalities
