Had a customer say we are "permanently closed" because he came by the shop and got some info saying we have been "closed for two months" from some random person in our plaza. None of this is the case, we have been open and are still open. Hours are however not normal at this time.
WE ARE STILL OPEN and operating albeit with more limited store and phone hours for the time-being. I, the owner, was in a motorcycle accident a while back and it has taken some time to catch up on everything after returning from the hospital and starting recovery. Broken left fibula and tibia, titanium rod and surgery. I am walking now and getting everything caught up as quickly as I can.
All in stock orders have been and still are shipping as we receive them. We are behind on fulfillment of the following items:
* Forward controls (still packaging them up which has been difficult due to my accident), some customers may have gotten a shipment notification the day before my accident, these are still going out but were delayed being packaged and posted unfortunately.
* Extended OEM cables, we make these to order and the queue is backed up at this moment but we are getting through it
* Extended electrical lines, same as above
* Backordered items, if you knowingly or unintentionally backordered an item we are monitoring status and working on getting them out the door as soon as the supplier has them
We are working on answering people's inquiries as quickly as possible but it takes away from getting all the shipments we need to work on out. Please be patient and we will answer as soon as we can.
