The LTM1230-5 is the first in the family line to have an asymmetrical support base. VarioBase® means it is now possible to generate higher lifting capacities, particularly at the rear working area, over the o/r’s – calculated in real-time by the LICCON controller. VarioBase® Plus is the combination of VarioBase and an asymmetrical support base. Moreover, this versatile workhorse has an extra-long telescopic boom. This 5-axle crane is ideal for working with the boom fully raised, at higher hook heights, such as- erecting tower cranes or maintenance work for wind turbines.

However, we do have available a few All Terrain Cranes coming in the second half of the year, including this gem - The (2024) -8.1 It is a successor to the legendary with ultimate performance, boasting a nominal capacity of 770 tons on 8 axles. It exceeds its predecessor by up to 50 percent depending on its spec package. This unit is spec’d with both 177 ft and 263 ft telescopic booms and a 299 ft luffing jib and is available for rent / rpo.

This is our latest Liebherr LTM 1230-5.1, headed this week to its first job in the Mid-Atlantic.

The LR 1700-1 combines the benefits of the low cost transport of the 660 ton class crawler crane with the performance of 800 ton class cranes. The LR 1700-1 was designed off the dimensions of the LR 1600-2. And the LR 1700-1 static structure has been completely redesigned to deliver up to 15 percent more lifting capacity. The structural steelwork for the crawler carriers is more robust and the size of the rollers are increased to minimize wear when traveling with standard 4-way drive.

We've added another LR1700, the latest crawler to join our growing RPO fleet. It just completed its commissioning and went straight to work with a Tadano assist crane.

The 2022, Bauma Construction Machinery Trade exhibition in Munich is now in the books.

executives, Don Udelson and Justin LaPoten attended this year’s Bauma. With substantial 2023 fleet orders already in place prior to this Expo, our focus was on 2024 planning to best meet our client’s needs by keeping our fleet young and up to date with the latest offerings from the world’s leading crane manufacturers.

The organizers of Bauma have estimated a total of 495,000 visitors from 200 countries attended the show. The show comprised roughly 6 million square feet of exhibition space with 3,200 companies from 60 countries exhibiting
