We’ve spent years exploring what happens when better props, experienced teachers and smart movement programming come together — and we’re excited to bring that work to Beyond Yoga CityCentre.

Join Kathy Nguyen + Amanda Field for Strength + Recovery, a 45-minute experience blending strength, mobility, myofascial release and supported movement. No experience required. Props provided. Come exactly as you are.

This pilot collaboration is about more than one class. It’s an opportunity to connect Houston communities, introduce more people to recovery-focused movement, and explore what we can create together.

Supporting athlete recovery at MS150.

Yoga Triangle™ is proud to work alongside TeamNOV to bring mobility and recovery-based movement into the rider experience — helping cyclists restore, reset, and perform across a demanding weekend.

Our approach is simple: meet the body where it is, support what it’s just done, and create space for more sustainable movement. Through targeted mobility, myofascial release, and guided recovery sessions, we help riders move with more ease — not more strain.

This marks our fourth year supporting MS150, and we continue to see the value of integrating recovery into endurance events — not as an add-on, but as part of the experience.
