We have 1000+ miles of fiber to place and splice. Its a long term project, spread across 80 markets and 4 states

Aerial Crew:

1. Procure all of the necessary licenses, permits, and materials for each job.

2. Accomplish, and ensure all work quality related to each project and assume full responsibility for its standard and timeliness.

3. Access entry to site buildings for work crew and call in utilities located at each project site.

4. Deliver, haul, and/or operate equipment to/from job sites to assist crews in completion of work.

5. Manage daily toolbox talks and weekly safety inspections to ensure the crews work safely.

6. Place aerial fiber and strand.

7. Terminate wires and cables to terminals and place various kinds of hardware to wires, cables, buildings, or poles.

8. Manage aerial tasks, such as new cable installs, pole transfers, strand building, cable hanging, and lashing.

9. Climb utility poles & use aerial lift truck to place cables on poles per system design.

10. Manage and facilitate all paperwork in a timely manner.

11. Supervise the job(s) moving on time, clean up, and perform job restoration at the end of job.

Manage with adequate supervision all aspects of the project to client satisfaction.
