Position Overview
STRUCTEK Solutions LLC is seeking a motivated Foundation & Framing Inspector to perform residential and commercial site inspections and assist with evaluating structural construction from foundation through framing.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction is a plus
• Ability to read and understand construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify construction deficiencies
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to project sites
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Training will be provided to the right candidate
Responsibilities
• Perform foundation and framing inspections at residential and commercial properties
• Observe construction for compliance with approved plans and applicable requirements
• Identify and document structural deficiencies or concerns
• Take photographs and prepare inspection notes/reports
• Prepare Letter Reports based on inspection evaluation
• Travel to various project sites as needed
Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Mileage will be paid for approved work-related travel.
