We are searching for an administrative assistant to join our team and assist our business with order processing in our Quickbooks software. No experience is required, we are willing to train the right candidate.

Daily duties include: Creating picklists for warehouse to pull orders, Generating invoices to bill customers, and Entering payments in customers' accounts.

We are looking for a reliable Warehouse Associate, Monday thru Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm. Some experience is a plus but not required - we will train the right candidate.

Duties include:

Receive, verify and record incoming products from vendors on Packing slip

Verify accuracy of incoming products, notify Manager of any discrepancies

Check the Pick list to the parts being shipped for accuracy of quantity and description

Pack and label product for customers while meeting the labelling and packaging requirements including weighing of packages.

Perform cleaning and general warehouse duties to maintain all areas organized and operational

Conduct regular physical inventory of warehouse inventory

General understanding of part identification

Work in a Laid-back, multi-lingual, team oriented environment
