Mitchel “Mitch” has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the Minnesota State University. He might be a young engineer, nevertheless, he does have significant experience in the foundry environment and process. Mitch has been designing tooling to cast parts for the automotive industry and leading the engineering department in the foundry in his most recent work assignment. His experience included working frequently with a variety of account managers.

📢 Appointment Notice 📢

We would like to announce the arrival of Laura Rusich, who is joining Cast7 as Senior Finance Manager.

A graduate in accounting from Kansas State University, Laura holds a CPA designation and has worked in accounting and finance for over 30 years. After 15 years at KPMG, Laura continued for nearly 14 years in the economic development community within the "Iron Range" in Northeast Minnesota.

In 2012, she started her private consulting practice where she accompanied Cast Corporation in accounting and finance. Laura have been instrumental in the transaction leading to the acquisition of the foundry from Cast Corporation (now Cast7) and the decision was made to create a Senior Finance Manager role within Cast7 and she has held this position since July 11th 2022.

We are very happy to have Laura among us. Her rich experience, sharp judgment, professionalism, cheerful personality and her know-how already make her a collaborator of choice and an asset for the team.
