What's up everyone!
I've been extremely busy for quite some time now, but were very excited to launch one, of quite a few new product developments we've been working on.

Cadillac CTS-V Race Canards are now officially released and available for purchase on the website.

Over the past few months, I've spent a considerable amount of time working on new material and process R&D.
These canards are a culmination of that, and from here on out, our Aero will use our new annealed Carbon Fiber ASA composite.
I will continue to test and push the limits of the latest materials as every few weeks new engineered materials are coming to the market.
We will continue to operate with the mindset of using the highest quality materials available to satisfy our requirements and bring tremendous value and quality to you! The Customer!

Sharing some love we received for a new, recently developed product that was put through the paces a few weeks ago.

Not only did these grille inserts hold up to the rigors of the racetrack, but they held up to a 1st place finish at Super Lap Battle and set new records aboard Jonathan Wheeler 's V1 Nismo 370Z.

We will have 2 versions of these grille inserts available on the website by the end of this week.
- OEM Style: No modification to the bumper needed, fits perfectly into the grille
- Race Style: Modification required to the grille's center cross beam.

Happy New Year to all and hope its been a safe and enjoyable holiday!🎇🎊

Weve been busy at Aerosthetix with new product developments, and some new custom design projects in the works. I cant wait to share more as they come closer to fruition.

A few new things in the pipeline I wanted to share:

1. We will begin offering a v***r smoothing finish option on most of our products. This will depend on the size/volume of the part, but will range ~$10-15 extra. This will provide a very smooth, glossy finish that some may prefer over the semi gloss finish of a print. (See pictures of a rough, prepped part after v***r smoothing process.)

2. We have 4 sets of our new Split-Duct design finished in a 2.5" outflow size. These will be on the website this week, and will also be available for v***r smoothing.

3. We have been producing them for a little while now, but haven't advertised them. If you have a RB26 platform, check out our Cam Angle Sensor Covers! They are a sleek way of hiding the ugly, oxidizing aluminum sensor on the RB26 and adding that finishing touch to your engine bay! 🔥 Check them out here: https://aerosthetix.com/product/r33-cam-angle-sensor-cover/

4. We have been doing a considerable amount of scanning and processing scan meshes. Can you guess what scan is shown? 😉

Extremely grateful to those that have taken a chance and purchased our products aswell as working with us to improve and bring forward a better product. Without you guys, my passion for Engineering and Design would be much more difficult to pursue.

I've been extensively busy the past 2 months in my career, but have been working on some new product designs in the background, aswell as procured a VERY new, experimental printer that really will be revolutionizing the FDM and additive manufacturing world. I'm also closing in on the first print of a large format printer, of my own design, with close to a Cubic Meter of build volume. This will enable us to realistically print bumpers, and custom bodykits.

After many failed attempts,
Spent a considerable amount of time optimizing and tuning the process to make the V1 Canards.
Went from ~9 hours each down to 5 hours each.
Allowing around 24 hours total runtime for a set.
Made many improvements and believe I have it dialed in.

I plan to get a few sets made and posted to the website this week, so if you are interested in a set, Please reach out or be on the lookout because they won't last long.

1st set of prototype dual canards finished.
I hope to have some finished and stocked this month.
Currently optimizing the process and trying to lower the lead time but currently a full set of 4 takes about 4 days with no issues.
Also working on some other variations.

All orders that have been placed for ducts have been shipped out, Thanks for all the support, aswell as the feedback!
