We have done our own testing with all different types of camo patterns out there. We believe the original multicam pattern cannot be beat as the multi tool of camouflage patterns. Sure specific camo works better in its designated terrain in most cases. But we found that Multicam works in almost every environment. So when your limited on how much you can take I always lean to MC.

If your on a budget but need lighting systems the rayovac indestructible series of lights is a good option. With a aluminum titanium body covered with a hard rubber coating these lights can take a hit and are waterproof. The electronics may not be to par with Streamlight, Inc. SureFire, LLC INFORCE or some others but we have used these extensively in extreme hots and colds with no problem yet.
