We are seeking an experienced, motivated General Manager to oversee daily operations at our epoxy retail store. The ideal candidate will have hands-on epoxy experience and strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
• Manage daily store operations
• Assist customers with product selection and epoxy-related questions
• Handle sales transactions and maintain inventory
• Make follow-up calls and communicate with customers
• Coordinate ordering, stocking, and store organization
• Support staff and ensure a smooth workflow
Qualifications:
• Experience working with epoxy products (required)
• Retail or sales experience (preferred)
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage inventory
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
• Comfortable making customer phone calls
Schedule:
• Mon–Thu: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Fri: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
