Why Proper Blasting Is the Foundation of Any Lasting Finish 🔩💨
You can spray the most expensive powder on the market. Use the best equipment. Perfect your cure temps and timing.
But if the surface prep isn't right? That finish WILL fail.

Got a fresh pallet of 6.0 Power Stroke parts just come through the door — and this engine is about to get a whole new life.
Intake manifolds. Turbo housings. Front cover. Intercooler pipes. Valve covers. The works. This thing is getting torn down to the bones and built back up right.
Customer is still deciding on color — and honestly, that's the fun part. Whatever they choose, it's going to look like it just rolled off the factory floor. Better, actually.

So… you may have noticed it was a little quiet on our page yesterday.

🧼 HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR POWDER COATED PARTS
You invested in quality. Now let's keep it looking that way. 💪
Powder coating is tough — but a little maintenance goes a long way.

🪣 CLEANING
Wash with mild soap and warm water.
A soft cloth or sponge works great.
Avoid steel wool, abrasive pads, or harsh chemicals.
They WILL dull or scratch the finish.
🚿 RINSING
Rinse thoroughly and dry with a clean microfiber towel.
Don't let water sit in crevices — especially on wheels or frames exposed to road salt.
✨ PROTECTING THE FINISH
Apply a coat of carnauba wax 2–3 times a year.
It adds a layer of UV and moisture protection.
Keeps that gloss looking fresh.
🚫 WHAT TO AVOID
❌ Pressure washing directly at seams or edges
❌ Solvents, brake cleaner, or degreasers on coated surfaces
❌ Leaving salt, mud, or road grime sitting on the finish
🔧 IF YOU NOTICE A CHIP OR SCRATCH
Don't ignore it. Bare metal exposed to moisture will rust.
Get it touched up or recoated before it spreads.
