🚛 Now Hiring: Diesel Technician–Agility Rentals

Agility Rentals is growing and we’re looking for experienced Diesel Technicians to join our team! If you take pride in doing quality work, staying safe, and keeping equipment running at its best, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do:
• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on company equipment at customer job sites and at our yard
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining a clean, organized shop and company truck
• Document parts, filters, and work performed on all equipment
• Complete safety inspection forms on equipment going through the make-ready process
• Work indoors and outdoors as needed, including bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 50+ pounds

What You Bring:
• Your own mechanic’s tools of the trade
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting fundamentals
• Ability to stay flexible and effective in a fast paced, changing environment

Schedule & Hours:
• Full-time: 40–70 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating on-call weeks/weekends: 1 week on call, 1 week on call reserve, 1 week off call

Pay Range (Based on Experience & Skill Level):
• Diesel Technician I: $16–$20/hr
• Diesel Technician II: $20–$24/hr
• Diesel Technician III: $24–$30/hr
(Compensation subject to change based on cost of living or exceptional performance.)

Join Agility Rentals and put your Class A CDL to work moving construction equipment instead of sitting in a dock line. You’ll haul a variety of lifts and heavy equipment on flatbed and RGN/lowboy trailers throughout West Texas and Eastern New Mexico.

-Working indoors and outdoors, lifting 50+ lbs, and staying active on the job

❗️What you need:
-Valid Class A CDL with an acceptable driving record
-Experience with flatbed and/or lowboy trailers preferred
-Oilfield experience strongly preferred
-Ability to handle tight construction zones safely
-Solid work ethic and a customer-first attitude

Now Hiring: Rental Technician – Agility Rentals 🚧

Agility Rentals is hiring full-time Rental Technicians for our locations in San Angelo, TX and Monahans, TX.

You’ll be responsible for:
Loading, unloading, securing, and long-distance hauling of light, non-CDL rental equipment (light towers, generators, trash trailers, skid steers, etc.)
Demonstrating proper equipment operation to customers at delivery
Servicing, repairing, and fueling equipment on the jobsite as needed
Performing safety inspections, preventive maintenance, and keeping your work vehicle clean and safe
Completing inspection reports, trip sheets, and other basic paperwork

What we offer:
45–70 hours weekly
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM – 5 PM, plus rotating on-call weeks
Rotating on-call schedule (1 week on call, 1 week on call reserve, 1 week off call)
Health, dental, and vision insurance
Paid time off and paid holidays
Company truck
Weekly pay

What you need:
Insurable ages required, 23 years old +
Current driver’s license
Ability to maintain an Agility-quality driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Willingness to work safely, communicate clearly, and take care of customers

Happy Halloween everyone. Just a public service announcement. Water Valley School’s One Act Play and Ag Boosters is putting on a haunted house at the Agility Rentals yard just north of Grape Creek. There is one opportunity left on Halloween night. Come out and support a couple of local student programs and also have a great time!

Here at Agility Rentals we don’t just provide equipment and services. We are also here to help provide SOLUTIONS. Last week a customer needed to pick up a 29,000 lb press off a truck in their shop. Our customers with the help of two 15k telehandlers made the job look easy.
