When we designed the Ultimate Beam back in 2007, we didn’t know how far ahead of the industry we were. Everyone else offered plus or minus 3" of ride height adjustment. This beam? 7.25" of tuneability, by design.

We considered factory bearings and Micarta bushings, but they need perfect bearing surfaces on your control arms for the beam to really shine. So we went with something better: DELRIN. A cutting-board-like material that’s practically frictionless. It doesn’t care if your arms have wear. Just polish, insert and feel. If it’s smooth, run it. If it isn’t, polish more. The time and effort IS WORTH IT for a smooth-riding suspension.

Just ask the enthusiasts who picked up a hammer to beat them in... yes, that happened. 🔨

Something so simple in design, yet, it gets fiddled with too much. Don't touch the box. Look at everything else in the system first. Then and only then, adjust the box when it is in the true mechanical center. If you don't know where that is, don't make the adjustment. Comment with STEER for more info.
