A New Chapter for Rugged!

Over the last several years, we’ve been focused on growing the business, working with great clients, and continuing to build through referrals and word of mouth.

With the move into our new shop, we’re excited to start sharing more of what we’ve been working on, from fabrication projects to new product development.

Rugged Fabrication will continue focusing on manufacturing, CAD design, laser cutting, welding, and custom fabrication, while Rugged Outdoors (Rugged Outdoors) will serve as the new home for our off-road and outdoor product lines.

Our websites are currently being rebuilt and will be live again shortly, giving customers direct access to our products online along with instant quoting for manufacturing services.

We appreciate all the support over the years and are excited for what’s ahead.

With everything that goes into creating the perfect overland vehicle, something commonly overlooked is sound and vibration control. One way to combat this is by applying sound deadening material to both the inner and outer most door skins. Once completed, you will find that road noise is decreased and that the cab becomes a much more suitable environment for conversation and or playlist. Enjoy a cleaner stereo, a quieter ride, a rattle free experience, and a cooler vehicle.
