Check out these upgrades we just wrapped up in Georgetown!
This customer had a worn-out driveway drain cover and some well-used speed bumps that had seen better days. We removed the original drain and reinforced it with 1/4” plate steel so it can stand up to the heavy traffic and abuse it sees in this industrial park.

We also cleaned out the drainage ditch and added rock fill to improve water flow and prevent washout during heavy rain.

Another service call. This customer had a set of photo eyes added to their Lift Master operators a while back that became misaligned. Another gate company had come out and could not figure out the problem after about 10 minutes I diagnosed the issue realigned the photo eyes and had the gates back up and running.

Today I have been here, there, and everywhere doing service calls. I started the day in Thrall, replacing an old wired keypad with a new Lift Master KPW250 wireless keypad. Then I headed to Rockdale to diagnose a US Automatic operator that was damaged during the high winds we have had recently. After fixing some electrical issues and adjusting the gate, I went to Georgetown to diagnose an Apollo opener that only worked intermittently. Saturday morning service work. This customer wanted to have a way to keep their gate open or closed when needed without opening the operator box and un plugging the battery from the board. The solution I came up with was a hidden switch on the bottom of the box.
