Before refinishing could begin at Park Place in Irvine, CA, KCB Restoration and MATT Construction repaired deteriorated concrete and reinforcing steel throughout the property.

After removing loose concrete and cleaning or replacing decaying rebar, crews used Rapid Set® Cement All® for repairs up to 4 inches thick and Mortar Mix for repairs up to 6 inches thick. Corrosion Inhibitor helped protect the reinforcement, while WunderFixx® smoothed imperfections before painting.

The repairs reached structural strength in just one hour, helping keep the project on schedule.

Eight years later and still looking great! 💪
Stone Design Concrete revisited this TRU PC floor in Whistler, Canada, to see how it’s held up through years of heavy foot traffic, ski boots, snow, and salt.

Thanks for showing what TRU PC is made of! We love that your work is standing the test of time.

A loose stone doesn't have to mean a complicated repair. With the right adhesive and a little surface prep, getting it back in place is a straightforward process! 💡

For this project, Rapid Set® Flexible Construction Adhesive & Sealant was used to bond the stone back to the column. ✅

Our adhesive and sealant’s high strength and exceptional durability make it an ideal material for adhering stone, masonry, concrete and other construction materials.

Great customer service doesn't stop at the store! 👏

After connecting with a contractor at The Home Depot in Canada, our Rapid Set representative Himanish Sidwhani went the extra mile by visiting the project site alongside fellow team member Kenneth Baker to provide hands-on guidance and answer questions.

The contractor was so impressed that he reached out to share his experience:
"I've never been this impressed and can really feel the care your team has."

What started as a two-bag purchase...has since grown to more than 60 bags on the same project!

A big shoutout to Himanish and Kenneth for taking the time to help our customers succeed. 🙌

This lululemon project from Gray Wolf Designer Concrete and Coatings is a solid example of what Rapid Set® TRU® PC can do in a retail space! 👕

TRU PC is a self-leveling architectural topping designed for polished concrete floors, with up to 20 mins of working time, foot traffic in 2–3 hrs and the ability to grind and polish in 24 hrs. It reaches 5,000 psi in 24 hrs and 7,000 psi at 28 days, making it a strong option for commercial spaces that need a polished finish WITHOUT a long turnaround.

Great work by the Gray Wolf team on this install. 👏
