We often talk about how Standup Weekend helps local nonprofits, but today, we want to talk about how it helps our volunteers.

After a tough seven-month stint of unemployment, Kelsey attended her first Standup Weekend looking for a fresh start. Not only did she build new skills and find new career opportunities, but she returned this year as a leader to help guide the next wave of volunteers.

Her story is a beautiful reminder that when we come together to build tech for good, we don't just upgrade systems, we uplift each other. We are so incredibly proud to have Kelsey in our community.

What a weekend! Kicking off our annual Standup Weekend was nothing short of incredible. Seeing the Dallas tech community come together to give back is exactly what TDigital is all about. As a Pledge 1% company, this is our absolute favorite time of the year, donating our time, product, and profit to make a local impact.
