We’ve got some solid progress to share.

Our fuel pump hat is in the final stages of testing right now, and so far everything is performing exactly how we hoped. We’re just waiting on final dyno time to wrap things up, so release shouldn’t be too far out. Estimated pricing, we are looking at a starting price, somewhere between $350-450 for an entire drop in unit.

While that’s been in motion, we’ve also been working on something new. We designed a gauge mount solution that blends in like it could’ve come from the factory, while keeping everything around it fully functional. It also includes a spot for a single toggle switch.

Good news is this one is ready now.

These are currently 3D printed, so depending on order volume there may be some lead time. If demand is strong, we’ll definitely look into scaling production to keep up.

Pricing for the gauge mount right now is $65 a piece.

Final testing of our new fuel pump hat and hanger is getting ready to begin very soon.

After a lot of consideration, we decided that jumping straight to a billet unit right out of the gate would push the price higher than we want for an initial release. Our goal with this product is to make it as accessible as possible for the average enthusiast working within a budget.

Because of that, we’re starting with a glass fiber reinforced nylon version that offers excellent strength and durability while keeping costs reasonable. As long as testing shows no signs of rapid degradation, abnormal wear, or other issues, this reinforced nylon design will become the production version and will be available much sooner than a billet unit would be.

If there’s strong demand down the road, a billet version is absolutely something we can develop. For now, the focus is delivering a reliable, high-quality solution that more people can actually afford to run.

If you caught our last post about the upgraded fuel hat for 2008–2012 Honda Accords, you’ll be excited to see what completes the system.

This fuel pump hanger upgrade is the second half of the equation, designed to work seamlessly with our fuel hat for a fully integrated solution. Testing is nearly complete, and the results have been exactly what we set out to achieve.

Next step? A precision-machined billet aluminum version is already in the works.

We are currently sourcing the right manufacturing partners to produce both components to our standards. Quality takes time, but this one will be worth the wait.

So I know its been very quiet up here the last several months but thats for good reason. I have been working dilligently behind the scenes attaining the neccesary, equipment and learning the skills neccesary to bring the start of a new product line to the public. I feel like its time that i can give a sneak peak into the first product. Its still in the prototype phase at the moment, but after some final tweaks i will be getting the first billet counterparts made. What you are looking at is what will be, the first billet fuel hat and fuel pump hanger for 8th generation (08-12) Honda Accords. This will save time and trouble having to modify the stock unit to accomodate more power and flex fuel systems. This is the first of many products that will be coming down the line later on, and I will be launching a dedicated web store to purchase these from. I will also be linking videos of beta testing from myself and at this current point in time, at least 1 other person. Recently we were tasked with shortening 2 sets of forklift load back rests, and touch up painting afterwards for a client. Needless to say we delivered and they turned out great!

The final test fit on these Mariotti Forklift doors is complete. Time to get the prototype painted up and make a couple more of these things.

A custom made forklift door in the final stages of production for a local company. The parameters were to not drill or weld into the existing forklift frame, and to be able to do battery changes without removing the door. After a few revisions this unit fits those parameters and keeps the operators from hanging their feet out the side. Message Tru-Fab Metalworks for your fabrication needs.
