Breitbach Construction Co is a family owned contracting firm based in central Minnesota. For over 70 years BCC has provided our customers quality and value with integrity. The tradition began in 1938, when Math Breitbach Sr. constructed his first barn with the help of his sons. That venture was the beginning of Breitbach Construction. As the company grew it branched into single and multi-family ho

using projects. In 1962 the Company constructed its first commercial building and for the past 30 years has been dedicated to commercial construction in Central Minnesota. Today the third and fourth generations are maintaining the standards set over 70 years ago. Breitbach Construction provides general construction, design-build and construction management services. Our commitment to our customers is that we will provide quality workmanship and timely project completion within their budget constraints. We accomplish this by hiring people who share our philosophy of providing quality construction with integrity and honesty. Breitbach Construction employs approximately 50 people. These employees come from communities all around Central Minnesota. Our project superintendents are qualified professionals, averaging nearly 20 years of experience each. Our skilled workforce is provided with an extensive list of equipment which allows the Company to self-perform many of the critical phases of a project in a safe and productive manner. This helps to control quality and keep projects on schedule. Breitbach Construction has completed a wide variety of projects including: schools, churches, nursing homes, hospitals, clinics, jails, office buildings, retail stores, and manufacturing and warehouse facilities. The success we have had is directly attributed to our dedication to our customers and the pride that goes into every project that bears our name.

A gathering space with history behind it. ⛪

Looking back at the Church of Saint Joseph Fellowship Hall, we helped connect the historic church, consecrated in 1871, with the school building through a 9,720 sf addition.

In order to meet both the space requirements and the construction budget, we utilized a combination of wood framing, steel stud framing and structural steel construction.

Breitbach Construction Co. recently completed work as General Contractor on a 25,920 sf renovation and expansion of the Marshall Minnesota National Guard Armory for the Minnesota Department of Military Affairs! 🎉

This project included the addition of a new maintenance bay, construction of an enclosed mechanical equipment penthouse, installation of a photovoltaic solar array, and expansion of the armory vault.

The renovation also included extensive infrastructure and facility upgrades, including concrete pavement, chain-link fencing, a full EPDM roof replacement, window replacements, and complete replacements of the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
