Just a little PSA for everyone..... This is a recent change out of an oil furnace we did. This furnace was condemned by another contractor for it being unsafe to run. What you're looking at is the heart of furnace, the heat exchanger. There are no cracks or holes or even metal distortion from the heat exchanger becoming unsafe. Now to be perfectly clear this is an older furnace but it was not a health risk at this time. We did change it out and I wanted to show what actually was there versus what the other contractor was claiming... My point is this....... always get a second opinion on something that is going to cost you quite a bit of money to replace and where someone is claiming it is a health risk

For those of you who have an oil furnace, and time is coming for a new one......we can handle that for you!!! This is a brand new Williamson Oil furnace, very well built, very heavy, thick metal components.

So good news, our land line is back up and running! We are back to having the the emergency number by itself, and the 272 3211 land line for scheduling service calls or normal business questions answered.

To our clients, we have sold the old shop and property on C. R. 2/L and are moving to a new shop on S.R. 107, just around the corner from the old location. We are still moving equipment and inventory, so our response time on service calls and lead time on installs isn't quite what it should be. We appreciate you patience and understanding over the next few months as we settle into the new shop.

Just a PSA, please don't let your outdoor system get this bad. Dirt, grass clippings cottonwood all get caught on the coil , causing poor cooling, higher electric use, component failure, and catastrophic compressor failure, leading to system replacement.

Our first replacement with the new round of refrigerant that was forced on the dealers and consumers. I will say it is very quiet !!

It's been a minute or two since I posted any of our installs. This new old Amana unit replaced an old carrier furnace that seemed much better days. We were able to save the air conditioner side of the system after finding a very plugged a coil on top of the furnace. A thorough cleaning and they were back in business. The new furnace is a two-stage 96% efficient with a 10-year parts warranty and a lifetime heat exchanger warranty.

Our first replacement of a busy week. We installed the old furnace 21 yrs. ago, it started having reliability issues so it was time to go. Homeowner upgraded to an Amana 96% efficient 2 stage gas furnace. This furnace has a 10 yr. parts warranty and a lifetime heat exchanger unit replacement warranty.
