-Our smallest, the CAT 300.9 or John Deere-08, is small enough to fit through a standard doorway and runs clean. Our largest is a CAT 314E (32,600lb operating weight)

-The below featured excavator can come with a hydraulic thumb. our next size up (JD-85, CAT 308) comes with a manual thumb.

Happy Wednesday, everyone.

Check this guy out…

This is the MEC 30’ Speed Level lift. This unique lift allows for working on surfaces with up to a 14 degree grade. Not only that, it allows you to move on those surfaces while in the air. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had customers run into an issue where they had to get a larger boom lift than they needed because they couldn’t work on it a sloped surface. Well, here is the answer….

Our friends at Mek Tek Mechanical using one of our MEC MICRO- 19 scissor lifts. These lifts are ideal for offices and jobs with finished flooring. They are compact, have non marking tires, and a self contained leak prevention system.

ABC Equipment Rental carries an entire line of MEC micro lifts starting at the 10’ all electric NANO, the MICRO 13-XD, up to the 19’ (picture)and a 26’ lift.

Happy Tuesday, everyone!

One of the most common problems I get from customers involving even the smallest 19’ scissor lift is maneuverability and accessibility. MEC has taken both of those problems head-on. The new extended deck option that comes on both of the Micro 13 (19’ working height), and the Micro 19 (25’ working height), gives the operator the ability to get into smaller work areas in a way that is never been easier.

Another great feature that’s not mentioned in the clip the fact that both of these units have non-marking tires, which eliminate the need for tire socks to keep floors from getting scuffed up. Each unit is also fully self-contained to prevent leaking.
