With our new Salvagnini fiber laser and Stream nesting software, we’re pushing the limits of what sheet optimization looks like. The system automatically lays out every part needed for our customers, maximizing every inch of material and dramatically reducing scrap.

The photos above show how one customer’s order allowed us to nest filler parts into the inner circles of larger parts—areas that would’ve been scrap on most shop floors. Instead, we turned those into usable components and passed the savings back to the customer.

This past weekend at the iconic Bristol Motor Speedway, we had the incredible honor of showcasing a custom race driver stand we built in collaboration with the talented Reaume Brothers Racing Team! 🎨🔩

We are also thrilled to continue our sponsorship of their truck in the Menards Craftsman Truck Series. Seeing our work on the track and in the pit at one of racing’s most legendary venues was a real thrill!
