Significant progress has been made on this new 30’ x 30’ elevated roof structure. Concrete work is complete, including excavation, reinforcement, and placement of three new footings.

Structural steel er****on is currently underway. Crews have successfully mobilized equipment and are actively setting and securing the primary steel framing members.

The team is working at elevation using lift equipment to position and secure the upper structural members. The structure is beginning to take shape, and once er****on is finalized, the next phase will include installation of the ABM style panel roof system.

Overall, the project is progressing smoothly and safely, with the framework now visibly transforming from plans on paper into steel in the air—always a good sign on a structural job.

Freshening Up an Accounting Conference Room

Our team recently completed an interior repainting project to refresh an accounting conference room and improve the overall appearance of the workspace.

The work included removing an existing whiteboard panel and trim, preparing wall surfaces by patching and sanding where needed, and priming repaired areas to ensure a smooth, durable finish. Once preparation was complete, two coats of professional-grade paint were applied in a clean eggshell/satin finish.

Throughout the project, surrounding finishes, fixtures, and ceiling tiles were carefully protected to maintain the integrity of the space. After painting was completed, the area was fully cleaned and all equipment was removed, leaving a refreshed and professional conference room ready for meetings and collaboration.

We’re excited to be part of a major bulk material handling and processing project that brings together heavy industrial construction and advanced mechanical systems into one streamlined operation.

This project features multiple interconnected conveying systems, custom wear-resistant transfer points, and purpose-built access platforms that support both efficiency and long-term reliability. At the heart of the operation is a thermal drying system with integrated air handling and dust control, designed to improve material consistency before it moves through screening and storage.

A multi-level screening structure allows for flexible material routing, while downstream storage and loadout systems support both rail and truck operations. Every phase of the work—from foundations and structural steel to mechanical installation—has been carefully coordinated to create a facility built for performance, safety, and durability.

This project showcases our ability to deliver complex industrial systems that keep materials moving and operations running strong.
