Ideal for preping floors for epoxy, urethane coatings or polishing and grinding large areas to remove high spots. 22" working width can grind approximately 400- 500 square feet per hour. Does have the Magna-trap base, and 2 removable weights. Will not come with any grinding inserts. Water hook up and multi-port for use with any 2 in or 3 in. vacuum hose for dust control.
