Customers had hit a tree stump and bending the deck into the blade, and the blades tore it up pretty good. So we took the time to bend it back out and add back to the missing material with thicker stronger metal. Y’all watch out for tree roots!!! And happy cutting.

When installing a new spindle shaft, I always include bearings. Also I pull the seals that are inside the spindle out so that when you pump grease into the spindle the grease actually goes into the bearing and not up against the seal. It’s the small things that make a big difference sometimes.

Had this awesome s**g turf tiger come in and hasn’t run in a few years. Got it all taken care of with a carburetor clean and Kohler carb kit with a full service, new fuel lines, and all new idler pulleys, and a few other things. Also the customer requested a mulch plug. Could not find one on the internet so we called a s**g dealer to find out it is discontinued. So we decided to fabricate him a custom mulch plug and I’m very happy with the turn out! This was definitely a fun project!
