Innovative Concepts, LLC in Dunkirk, MD is looking for a part-time Office Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with the daily operations of the office, ensuring that administrative processes run smoothly, including handling various administrative and basic bookkeeping tasks, supporting leadership and the rest of the team, facilitating communications inside and outside of the organization, providing support for order packaging and fulfillment and updating/maintaining data in our in-house order tracking system. The ideal candidate will have had previous customer service and administrative experience including Microsoft Office and accounting software, willingness to learn new skills and jump in to assist the team as needed and a high level of attention to detail. The work schedule will primarily be M-F starting at 9am and the number of hours will vary depending on customer deadlines and demands. Must pass a background and drug test.
The position pays approximately $17-19 per hour, based on experience.
