HARRISBURG COMMUNITY: I know how important live music is to so many people and it feels like there's no safe way to enjoy it. Tonight I'll be performing in the center of Sunken Gardens on Front St @ 6pm

This is a free live performance, community offering. You're encouraged to bring a blanket, family, friends, and maintain a responsible distance.

To integrate our movement at this Sunday’s ✨ Full Moon Feminine Activation | Women’s Circle & Dance Journey ✨, Sharon Owens-kabatek, a vibrational sound practitioner, will be offering a relaxing sound immersion using singing bowls, rattles and drums.
Sharon offers sound immersions and yoga sound classes at SaltEFX and Rumi's Wellness Center, along with yoga classes all over the area.
She is a vibrant gift to our commUNITY & a gifted, loving healer. 💗🌎
I am so excited for this collaboration! ☺️

Together, our Harrisburg dance commUNITY has been blessing the river, riverfront park, our beautiful city and it’s inhabitants with our intentions, 🙏
with our movements, 💃
with our love 💓

Together, we’ve been stirring up more joy
more freedom
more peace
within us every week since May and our last official gathering is this Thursday as we take a pause to hibernate for the colder months. 🥶

If you’ve joined us for one song or for months of gatherings, we thank you for saying “YES!”
We love you! 💙🌎🙏
