I recently did a sanding job on a 60’s pine tongue and groove floor. The usual dust free sand and three coats of Floorcoat Nordic white polyurethane finish. It has a terrific flat matt oiled look. If you’re after a pale Nordic look this finish works really well on oak floors too.

I’ve got a nice before and after this week. A trashed engineered oak floor totally transformed into a new floor with sanding and Floorcoat matt polyurethane. The ever usual dust free sanding with high quality abrasives and finishing products. On time and for the quoted price as always.

This weeks job all finished. A complete dust free sand and four coats of high grade matt polyurethane finish on an engineered oak floor. Also the same to a worn kitchen island worktop thrown in for good measure. A new floor that will give many years of service without the expense and upheaval of laying a new one. Recycling in action with no damage to any paint work ,decoration or kitchen. No dust no mess just a quality job, what’s not to like?

Another job I recently did. The pine floors when I got there were badly sanded and full of gouges and scratches.
After a heavy sand using dust free machines and finished with high quality clear matt polyurethane floor finish the floors are now looking how they should with a quality job.

I recently did a number of rooms in a large old house. Ten rooms with pine floors fully sanded with dust free machines. Then stained with walnut stain to create a much more suitable feel to the house as the previous ones were an “orangey” horrible colour. Then finished off with high quality matt polyurethane floor finish. The house has been totally transformed with the right knowledge sanding equipment and quality finishing products.

Just finished this week job. It was an horrendous diy sanding job full of gouges, deep scratches and sanding marks. After rectifying all the mistakes and sanding the old finish off completely dust free I finished it off with three coats of high quality Danish Floorcoat matt polyurethane finish.

Am in the middle of some floor sanding renovations in the beautiful Barnstaple parish church. Im particularly happy with the transformation in this the Ladies Chapel area. It’s a pine parquet floor in the pews area with an oak one on the altar. The floor was very badly sanded many years ago and over the years has been buried under thick red varnish. Thankfully all this work has been removed and finished to a much better looking thing.
