Feeling so refreshed after continuing education this weekend with Kaile Larson and my friends at Pilates & Custom Fitness.

Looking for some human interaction while under self isolation?
How about joining me for a Zoom Pilates class? Pilates provides a great workout, stretching and elongation of the muscles, focuses on deep breathing and activates the parasympathetic nervous system to leave you feeling calm. We could all use a little bit calm in our lives right now.
All you need is a mat and a Zoom login.
