So here we go again, we have tried to work with Progressive Insurance to take care of our customers but they refuse to be reasonable. They are constantly wanting us to order parts from non local suppliers, and refusing to pay proper repair. So from now on anyone with progressive insurance will more than likely have to pay out of pocket if we repair your vehicle, this is a decision we don’t want to make we feel that you our customers pay enough for insurance and shouldn’t have to come out of pocket to cover their short falls in paying. We really hate to inconvenience our customers but as a business we cannot keep losing money because they refuse to repair cars correctly. Sorry for any inconvenience. We are still happy to take care of you but it will probably cost you out of pocket.Please share.

Had to do some CAD work, cardboard aided design, to mount the transmission dipstick for Papaw. It’s stuff like this that takes forever all the little parts you can’t buy and have to design build that require time to make look like it belongs there.
