Horst Manufacturing Company for the second consecutive year in supporting Dalton Local School's students as they shared their outdoor hunting experiences! Recently, we’ve received multiple inquiries regarding the status of Dalton Hardware and whether we are going out of business. We want to clarify that we are currently open and have no intentions of closing our operations in the heart of Dalton. We believe these inquiries are due to a “Certificate of Dissolution” that was recently published in the Daily Record. This dissolution pertains to the previous owners winding down their corporation. Owners Jonathan and Michael Downs would like to reassure our customers, community, and future patrons that they have no plans to shut down operations at a location that has served as a hardware store since 1945. “We are eager to continue the daily operations that our customers expect, as well as to expand our services in the future. We look forward to providing our customers with the most knowledgeable and friendly staff in the hardware industry.”

The builders have truly excelled, and we're especially proud that Dalton Hardware’s very own Harrison Paint Company (Canton, OH) was used throughout the entire MD Custom Builder’s parade house. A special thanks to subcontractor, Schreiner Painting for their exceptional work with MD Custom Builders. The Parade is open from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
