Got a call Sunday morning. The prospect told me he had a refrigerator that didn't work and he wanted it gone. He explained that it need it to be disassembled because it didn't fit through the door. He said can you come get it today and you can give me a couple of beers for it!

I said "Excuse me? We provide paid services, sir. We don't pay YOU for junk."
