ABOUT THE THIRD POLE GROUP:

The THIRD POLE was founded in 1990 as a sole proprietorship professional family-run workshop as advised by my brother, Mr. Bhoj Raj Panta in Kathmandu, NEPAL. Since the introduction of the THIRD POLE TECHNICAL SERVICES more than 24 years ago, innovation and a client-centric approach have always been at the core of our company.
Demand for technical services grew, and in 1994 after long time back I, Raj Panta met with my college mates Mr. Kali D. KC and Mr. Sam KC, then we decided to promote our company as a THIRD POLE TECHNICAL SERVICES PVT. LIMITED. We outgrow our garage office and move to new locations in city of KATHMANDU, POKHARA and CHITWAN with seventeen employees. Our commitment is to deliver new professional services and advanced technologies, as well as innovative and locally relevant customer services that make a real difference to our customers.
In 2004 we (me and my wife, Mrs. Sangita Panta) decided to move in the USA, time and time again, we are moving significantly forward then we started our company and, we got incorporation papers from the Dallas County Office in TEXAS, we established a professional technical service team in the DFW Metropolis and after that we are legally functional as a technical service company in the USA since June, 2006.
Over the two dozen years later, we are extremely proud to say that the THIRD POLE is the quality construction entrepreneur, technical contracting and consulting service in the State of TEXAS! In fact, in 2010 we changed our company name to THIRD POLE ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS, LLC, registered at Office of Secretary in State of TEXAS, and so on later in 2011, we are standing as THIRD POLE GENERAL CONTRACTORS, LLC due to the expansion of our products and services into other industries around the USA.
The THIRD POLE GROUP subsidiaries have worked for numerous clients over the past 2 decades. In addition to providing a wide range of services to commercial and private clients, we are an established construction contractor i.e. providing construction management, project management, construction services, MEP technical services, energy utilities services and communications services.
