Customer from FL just called and complained that his package didn't arrive from UPS in the 3 days I estimated. He placed the order at 4pm on Wednesday. He asked, how long will it take? I said UPS estimates 3 days. Perfect, he said. Well the package didn't arrive on Saturday as he hoped. It's coming today. I guess I could've explained that UPS doesn't count weekend days. I assumed everyone knew that. But he also never said he needed it by Saturday until todays call. That would've changed our discussion.🤷‍♀️

On the other hand, I had someone buy an ICB glass in CA on Friday and he said he needed it for a party on Saturday. He paid an enormous amount for overnight shipping Saturday morning (noon guarantee). Made it at 10:36am. I was tracking this package with my refresh all morning. Sweating bullets. LOL 💪💪💪

As long as I'm not on vacation or sick, all orders ship same or next business day. Most same day. And UPS has been very good with their logistics.

The VERY FIRST item I ever reproduced was Scramble Screen Printed Metal Panels. Small run to test the waters of PHOENIX ARCADE. Was so successful PHOENIX became a real company and many runs of these panels were done. Yesterday I sold the last one in stock with no announcement. Not saying these won't be made again but I highly doubt it unless there's a group of people that come to me that want it.

I still offer the only Screen Printed Glass bezel with controversial racy art. Plenty of marquees too.

TRON FLUORESCENT Joystick inserts and Inner art back in stock. Running low on the upper & lower control plastics and side art. But both of those are already in production so there shouldn't be any disruption in supply. BTW, installing a set of Inner Art is a real PITA! I do have a tutorial on my site to guide you

On a side note, I'm told the Joystick insert and Spinner decal both fit the Arcade 1up. If true, that explains the increased sales volume of those.

Finally, I'm good on stock of the glass marquees. However when they sell out those are gone forever. Only the acrylic will stick around. Same goes for the Shroud acrylic back window. If you buy a Shroud the back window comes with it already installed. It's the separate piece that once it's sold out it's gone forever too.

Friends, I am down to my last 5 Galaga cabaret reverse screen printed GLASS bezels. No plans to re-make these. You will likely never have another chance to buy a reverse screen printed version again. Everyone else does inkjet or a sticker attached to glass. Grab one now!
