Yaay! Phase one is complete! It should look pretty awesome here quick like now. We're getting the panels and tops tomorrow hopeful to have it complete Friday, but I'm changing out the front door tomorrow and that'll be a bit of a chore, so we'll see.

4 days solo flooring job.
1600 square feet with 0 transition pieces!
Flows seamlessly throughout both bathrooms front portion, and the main show room. Tomorrow prepping the base.
This was after fixing all of the drain pipes below the building that were leaking, adding a urinal from scratch, moving 2 sinks and the plumbing, repairing a toilet, and repairing the fl**ge and toilet in the other bathroom, and not to forget painting all of the walls trim, and some of the ceilings.
Can't wait to build the bar!

Found some termites. And a lot of them!
I'm so glad I decided to fix the soft spot when entering this building! If I had just covered it up with flooring this would have been a disaster! Always pays to be proactive in this work.

I didn't install this door, the people my client bought it from sent a couple guys to put it in.
Fine by me... works good. This will be the new location for Lola's V**e in Sylva.

My client has a French door coming to put in place of that 3'0" door. It ought to slip right in there. Im unclear if im installing it or not, but wither way.
Tomorrow we clean...... everything, cuz that was dusty!
