she’s been the anvil in the CX team. She’s been thorough with her processing and stays on top of e-mails, tasks, and actions to complete next without any prompts from others.

She doesn’t hesitate to ask questions when help is needed and is open to others providing guidance. Her involvement in the production floor training is consistent and displays her eagerness to know more about ESL and our product.

As we celebrate ESOP month, our company's employee-owners are fully engaged in the festivities and the spirit of ownership! 🎉

One of the many activities we've organized to mark this special month is decorating our workstations for Halloween. From cobwebs to pumpkins, it's amazing to see the effort and enthusiasm that everyone has put into making their workspaces come alive!

ESL offers internship opportunities to college students interested in engineering, marketing and sourcing & planning during the summer months. This year’s interns did an exceptional job contributing to ESL while also learning about their future fields of interest.

We look forward to seeing Noah next summer as he continues his studies, and we are thrilled Kevin will be continuing with ESL on a part-time basis. We see very bright futures ahead!
