Aiden’s Tacoma is done and back home with him a quick shock mount and bumpstop job ended up being more work than we anticipated he brought the truck to us with the kit on and his engine cage tubes in place but his upper arm pivots were bent and we could not get the caster or camber we were looking for so we decided to chop the stock pivots off and do our own two bolt style we also plated the frame so there was no more frame bending in the future and then mounting the shocks also took more trimming and finess but I’m really stoked on how it turned out I love the look we achieved with the fab work but most of all it WORKS Proper we also did the aluminum intake Aiden has more work ahead of him but he’s got a great foundation and he’s on the right track now.

Mikes Tacoma is ready to do some testing next week I’ll hopefully get some video of it working, out of the box no shock ...

Some recent stuff we did on ranger - uniball conversion on the lca to upright pivots mounted a steering stabilizer that we originally welded straight to the bumper but that warped it so I cut it off and re-made it as a bolt on part and some cool end Clevis’s, also got the driveshaft mounted where we want it

People seemed to like the story posts so figured it deserved to live on the feed. Jason’s Expedition is nearing phase 1 completion and will be back in his hands after a quick stop at Mcneil’s so looking forward to driving this thing out of the shop and seeing it with springs and all body panels. Stay tuned!

This one is from back in April that I never posted after finishing. .e.designs tundra cage install for he asked us to leave a few tubes out and make it a comfortable 3 seater. From tearing the interior out to fully welded cage and sealed cab it took us 14 days, we aren’t the cheapest shop you’ll find to install your prefabbed cage but we WILL build it right and do it fast!
