10,000lb Crane update on the Cordova Drive Down Dock.
Sorry folks still one more thing to figure out.
We got the pump and valve fixed today and re-installed.
Test #2:
The Swing is working properly in both directions.
The Winch is working properly in both directions.
However we are still troubleshooting the Main Boom Cylinder.
That function at this point is not working like it should.
I have a list of things that I am going to check, test, and report back the the crane supplier tomorrow to narrow down what the issue is.
I know you all are waiting for both cranes to be up and running and the Drive Down Dock to be fully open for use.
I will get them working as fast as I can.
Please keep baring with me. This is as frustrating to me as it is you.
Looking at the plus side 5/6 of the functions work.
So close darn.
We will get it. Thank you all for your support

New parts or old rebuilt parts. I like to send them out with a 2-part epoxy paint on them.

I am just one guy and I am burnt out.

F/V Lucid Dream.
Modified the hydraulic circuit to utilize 6 of the 7 Hydraulic Pumps available. Each large valve (Walvoil SD25) is now being fed with its own Vickers 43/35 double pump. The 6-Bank SDS180 is being fed from the large side of a Vickers 45/25 pump. The small side (not shown) feeds the Anchor Valve.
Tubed the Pressure and Returns of the SD25 Valves and the Pressure, Return and Work Ports of the SDS180.
Thanks to Peterson Welding & Machine LLC for making the Stainless Steel 2-1/2" return manifold pipe.
At 850rpm this boat is creating appx. 223gpm total. Not shown is a Donaldson W041 In-Line Cartridge return filter that can handle up to 300gpm.
The modifications make a way quieter system and way less back pressure. Hoping we do not need to add a cooler.
