Extreme Equipment fills a void for customers trying to run a high-flow attachment with conventional excavator power.
Every carrier on the market runs the same 5,100 PSI- the flow is the only lever, and that is what we build.

A Powertek brand power pack feeds the head its full rated flow at
pressure, continuously — no bogging, no heat fade, no
compromise with the carrier's own hydraulics. More horsepower
at the rotor is more material on the ground per hour. That's not a
tune-up. It's a different machine.

Engineered to run ANY excavator-powered head — safely. Most power packs on the market are closed loop: a hydrostatic transmission
between pump and motor. Put a mulching head on one that wasn't designed for it, and it can quietly damage the hydraulic system over time.

Powertek brand packs are closed loop too — but the loop flushing that normally lives in the mulcher motor is engineered into our pack. Any brand
of head, any motor, protected in the loop.

Machine health, location, hours, fuel usage, hydraulic conditions and alerts can all be viewed remotely by the Powertek support team. Troubleshoot, plan for maintenance and reduce downtime.

We have been building high-flow units for over 20 years.
If you have an excavator and a head that needs more flow and HP, we can help.

We build, install, and hydraulically plumb a power pack sized to your head -anywhere from 125HP to 575HP.

A few things worth noting:
Pressure is not a limitation. We build to 6,000 PSI capability and set the pack down to whatever the head is rated for, so the 4,000 PSI heads and the 6,000 PSI heads are both covered by the same pack.

Every pack in the line fits a 12-ton excavator and up, with no upper limit. What determines the head size is the carrier - how much it will lift at the end of the stick at full extension.

We size the pack by the flow the head needs rather than by matching engine horsepower to the head's model number.
